Guestroom Information

Group Rooms

There is an elevated tatami-mat space and a mini kitchen where you can enjoy a little cooking. Each room is equipped with a large washbasin.

Loft Type

Triple and twin loft type rooms. Each room is equipped with a large washbasin.

Twin Room

This room has comfortable cedar flooring. This room is equipped with a large washbasin.

Triple Room

We renovated in February 2023. This room is popular with families and groups. This room can also be used as a twin room. This room is equipped with a large washbasin.

8-mat Japanese-style Room

We renovated in February 2023. The mountain side of the guesthouse has a view of a bamboo grove, where wildlife can be seen from time to time. This room is equipped with a large washbasin.

7.5-mat + Loft Type

We renovated in February 2023. This is a 7.5-mat + twin loft-type room. This room is popular with families and groups. This room is equipped with a large washbasin.

6-mat Japanese-style Room

We renovated in February 2023. This room can also be used as a single room. This room is equipped with a large washbasin.

Universal Design 10-mat Japanese-style Room with Twin Beds

We renovated in December 2021. This room is barrier-free. It is a 10-tatami-mat room with twin tatami beds. The entire room has been remodeled, a barrier-free toilet (washlet) has been newly installed, and the large washbasin has been renewed. In addition, a workstation desk has been installed. There is a cypress terrace, where in clear weather, you can see the night view and the sunrise. The terrace is also a safe place in the event that the building needs to be evacuated. We have prepared cute wheelchair covers.

Universal Design Twin Room

We renovated in December 2021. This room is barrier-free. It is a Western-style room with twin tatami beds. The entire room has been remodeled, a barrier-free toilet (washlet) has been newly installed, and the large washbasin has been renewed. In addition, a workstation desk has been installed. There is a cypress terrace where, if the weather is clear, you can see the night view and the sunrise. The terrace is also a safe place in the event that the building needs to be evacuated.

Building Layout Information

Living Room

The two-story living room creates a feeling of freedom. The large window commands a view of the sunrise and the Fukushima nightscape.

Cypress Terrace

The guesthouse stands on high ground, so the view from the terrace is spectacular! The location is one of the best in the region. On the terrace, guests can also enjoy a barbecue. Also, the terrace has a roof, so you can enjoy using it on rainy days too.

Dining Room

There is a sunken hearth room adjacent to the dining room, where we serve mainly grilled sweetfish (ayu) and char (iwana). We serve locally grown fruits such as peaches, pears, apples, strawberries, and blueberries for dessert.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms, both of which are fully flat and barrier-free. The bathrooms can be reserved for private use.

Large Bus and Truck Parking Lot

Parking is available on the lawn at the foot of the hill below Youth Guesthouse ATOMA.

Check-In Check-Out	15:00 10:00 The guesthouse is not available for use between 10:00 and 15:00, even for guests staying consecutive nights. Please consult with us if you wish to use the guesthouse outside of these hours.
Curfew	23:00 *If you are planning to arrive late, please consult with us in advance.
Lights Out	23:00 *After lights out, please be quiet so as not to disturb other guests.
Bathing	17:00 - 07:30 the next morning Subject to change. The bathrooms can be reserved for private use. Please ask at the front desk regarding available hours.
Dinner Breakfast	19:00 - 20:00 7:30 - 8:30 *Dinner and breakfast hours may vary according to circumstances. Please contact us regarding out-of-hours meals.

Reception	Until 22:00 *In case of emergency, please press the Emergency button at the front desk.
Valuables	You may leave personal valuables at the front desk. However, please note that we cannot accept large amounts of cash or high value items.
Shared Facilities	Refrigerator and freezer Microwave oven Electric kettle Laundry (charged) The entire building is a no smoking area. However, smoking is allowed in the smoking room.
Drinking Water	The tap water in the guest rooms is also potable. Paper cups are located by the kettle in the living room on the first floor. Please feel free to use them. Please let us know if you would like to use our tableware.
